Welcome to Andersen Physical Education!

I am the proud mother of two grown sons.  Avery attended the Institute of Production and Recording and Andre' is studying Information Technology at Minnesota State University Mankato.

I began my teaching career with Minneapolis Public Schools in 1991 and has spent most of my time teaching Physical Education to students in High 5 and grades K-3.  Currently, I am teaching students in grades 4-8.

Since coming to Andersen, I have coached volleyball, basketball and softball for the middle school sports program.  Currently, I am also Andersen's Athletic Director.  As a part of this position, I am responsible for securing coaches and recruiting students who are interested in playing sports.  Middle School students should stop by my office to get the necessary forms to participate.  The sports offered by the school district are volleyball, flag football, girls/boys basketball, softball and baseball.
